The Pens
judi goldberg:
Writer: The real question was, do I or when did I start taking myself seriously as a writer? And I realize that it was tied into being read. Editor: Did it make me laugh cry howl; did it give me goose bumps; did it make music; did I like it love it hate it or did it bore the hell out of me; did it live up to its own expectations; did it support its own weight, did it tell its own truth. Publisher: I take to heart that the responsibility and obligation to support, and publish a writer, goes beyond personal parochial self-serving preferences.
Dixie Lewis:
Through my writing I have come to trust my process, in all its incarnations, as an integral expression of my work. As an editor and publisher I am honored to give my greatest attention to writers and artists; fully experiencing the lure of their work.
